Patrick T. McCloskey

McCloskey Law PLLC was launched in October 2019 by Patrick T. McCloskey, the firm's managing member. Mr. McCloskey has over 20 years of experience as a corporate attorney at AmLaw firms. He has represented clients in a broad range of transactional matters, including corporate formations, private securities offerings, joint ventures, secured and unsecured debt financings, mergers & acquisitions and similar business combination and sale transactions. Prior to becoming a corporate attorney, Mr. McCloskey was a Sergeant and Police Officer with the New York City Police Department, where his assignments included stints with the Legal Bureau and the Department Advocate’s Office.
